Heat treatment is a critical process that affects welding wires' mechanical properties and overall performance. Stainless steel 304L wires require annealing at 1010-1120°C temperature to relieve internal stresses and improve flexibility. They should not be subjected to hardening or quenching, which can cause brittleness and reduce corrosion resistance.
