The first step in our production process is to melt raw materials in an electric furnace. The molten steel is formed into billets and allowed to cool. The billets are then hot-rolled into round bars. Cold drawing is used when precise tolerances and a clean finish are required. Heat treatment enhances strength and structure. Each bar undergoes rigorous quality testing. We also supply test certifications that meet EN 10204 3.1 standards for certifying chemical and mechanical properties. Final products are graded and sized. To prevent damage during delivery, the team wraps the bars in plastic and places them in wooden boxes.
